Introduction

The KwikEngage connector lets Yuko events trigger KwikEngage messages — SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, or whatever channels you have configured in KwikEngage.

When to use

  • You already use KwikEngage for customer messaging.
  • You want loyalty events to drive SMS / WhatsApp campaigns.
  • You want to combine KwikEngage’s reach with Yuko’s loyalty data.

Prerequisites

You have a KwikEngage account.
You have KwikEngage API credentials.

Setup

Open KwikEngage integration

Go to Apps → Yuko Loyalty → Integrations → KwikEngage.

Connect with credentials

Paste your KwikEngage API key.

Pick events / channels

Configure which Yuko events fire which KwikEngage message templates.

Save

Messages start firing on matching events.

Use the KwikEngage Workflow node

Once connected, the KwikEngage node is available in Yuko Workflows — use it to send an SMS or WhatsApp inside a custom workflow.

Best practices

SMS is expensive and intrusive. Reserve KwikEngage for high-value moments — tier upgrades, reward expiry, big milestones.
Respect customer messaging preferences. Always honour opt-outs.
