Introduction

The Loyalty Rewards: Customer Account Page widget is a full loyalty page inside Shopify customer accounts. It’s the Yuko Loyalty account page extension, a full-page extension on the customer-account.page.render target, not a block you drop into an existing page. Customers see their balance and activity, their VIP tier, ways to earn and redeem, their referral link and their membership, all on one page.

What problem this solves

Customers expect to find their loyalty status where they manage their orders and profile. A dedicated page in the customer account removes the need to hunt for it on the storefront.

Overview

  • Six sections you can drag into any order: Header, VIP Tiers, Ways to Earn, Ways to Redeem, Referrals and Membership.
  • Every heading, label, button and empty state is editable.
  • Ways to earn — order lets you show booster campaigns or standard campaigns first.
  • Membership management modals (manage, update payment, cancel, upgrade, downgrade).
  • VIP Tiers, Referrals and Membership sections show only when those features are active for your store.
  • This widget is available on select plans.

Before you start

Yuko is installed on your Shopify store.
The program this widget belongs to is set up and enabled.
The widget is switched on with the toggle on its card in Yuko’s Widgets page (for loyalty widgets, Shopify admin → Apps → Yuko Loyalty → Loyalty → Widgets).
For storefront widgets, your active theme is an Online Store 2.0 theme that supports app embeds and app blocks.
Your store uses Shopify customer accounts (Settings → Customer accounts).

Setup guide

1. Configure the page in Yuko

Open the widget settings

Go to Loyalty → Widgets, find Loyalty Rewards: Customer Account Page under Post-Purchase, and click Customize.

Order the sections

Drag sections by their handle to change the order they appear on the page. The default order is Header, VIP Tiers, Ways to Earn, Ways to Redeem, Referrals, Membership.

Edit each section

Click a section to expand it and edit its text. See Sections and fields below.

Save and enable

Click Save. Back on Loyalty → Widgets, switch the widget’s toggle on.

2. Make the page available in customer accounts

Open the Customer Accounts editor

In your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Customer accounts and click Customize.

Open the right page

Use the page selector at the top to open the page where the block should appear (Order status, Orders, or Profile).

Add the Yuko app block

Click Add app block and choose the Yuko block for this widget (for example Yuko Order status earned points, Yuko Order index points display or Yuko Profile loyalty program).

Position and save

Position the block where customers will see it and click Save.
Customer account blocks only work with Shopify’s new customer accounts. Check that they’re turned on in Settings → Customer accounts.
The Yuko Loyalty account page is a full page, so instead of adding a block, link to it from your customer account menu so customers can open it. See Customer Account Extension for details.

3. Verify

Log in as a customer and open the loyalty page from the customer account. Check each section and the order you set.

Sections and fields

The welcome card, balance, activity and VIP progress.
  • Landing banner image: Default or Custom (upload your own banner)

  • Ways to earn — order: Booster campaigns first (default) or Standard campaigns first
  • Earn points group: Place an order earning rule (Earn [points_value] [points_label] for every [currency] [amount_spent]), and button labels Follow, Share, Like and Visit
  • Empty state title / Empty state description: No Ways to Earn / Nothing here yet.
  • Birthday update group: Header prompt (shown under page description) (Enter your birthday to earn rewards.), Modal title (Birthday Reward), Birthday configure modal description, Day label, Month label, Year label, Configure button text (Set date) and Confirm button text (Save date)
  • Existing rewards group: Existing rewards section title (Existing rewards), Points spent text (Spent [used_points] [points_label]), Discount code label, Show more button, No rewards data text, Copy button (Copy code) and Expires on text (Expires on [discount_expiry_date])
  • Ways to redeem group: Section title (Ways to redeem), Free products section title (Free Products), Earn more text (Earn [remaining] more [points_label]), Redeem button text, Redeem modal title (Redeem reward), Confirm redeem button text (Confirm Redeem), Show more button and Points to redeem label ([points_label] to Redeem)
  • Empty states group: No rewards empty title (No Rewards), No coupons empty title (No Coupons) and Empty state description (Nothing here yet.)

How it works

  1. A logged-in customer opens the loyalty page in their customer account.
  2. The extension loads their balance, tier, rewards, ways to earn, referral link and membership from Yuko.
  3. Sections render in the order you set. VIP Tiers, Referrals and Membership are skipped when those features aren’t active.
  4. Customers can redeem rewards, copy codes, set their birthday, get their referral link and manage their membership without leaving the page.

Limitations

  • Works only with Shopify customer accounts.
  • The page’s look follows Shopify’s customer accounts styling; there’s no custom CSS.
  • You can reorder sections but not hide individual ones; VIP Tiers, Referrals and Membership hide automatically when the feature isn’t active.

Best practices

Put what matters most first. If your program is VIP-led, drag VIP Tiers above Ways to Earn.
Show boosters first during promotions so time-limited campaigns get noticed.

No. Use the Rewards Landing Page instead.
The section is skipped when VIP tiers aren’t active for your store. If they are, check the customer has been placed in a tier.
Order List: Point Balance and Customer Profile: Point Balance are small blocks on existing account pages. This widget is a full page of its own.
