What is the Memberships module

Memberships let you sell paid loyalty plans — customers pay a recurring fee for ongoing perks like free shipping, exclusive discounts, member-only products, or VIP tier acceleration. It’s distinct from VIP Tiers (which are earned, not bought) and from referrals (which are about acquisition). Memberships are a separate revenue line and a tighter relationship with your most committed customers.

  1. Create a membership plan in Plans.
  2. Add the Cart Membership Upsell widget so customers see the offer.
  3. Configure Checkout Validation so member-only perks work at checkout.
  4. Track active members in Contracts.
