What we’ll build

A simple win-back workflow:
  1. Trigger — customer hasn’t placed an order in 60 days.
  2. Condition — they have a points balance > 0.
  3. Wait — 1 day.
  4. Action — send a “We miss you” email.
  5. Exit.

Before you start

Yuko app is installed on your Shopify store — see Install Yuko on Shopify.
The Yuko Theme App Embed is enabled in your active theme.
Your loyalty program is enabled at Shopify admin → Apps → Yuko Loyalty → Loyalty → Settings.
Points label and currency are configured.
You’ve got at least one Way to Earn campaign active so customers have points balances.

Walkthrough

Create a new workflow

In Shopify admin, go to Apps → Yuko Loyalty → Workflows and click Create workflow. Give it a name like “60-day win-back”.

Add the trigger

Click the placeholder Trigger node. Pick Customer inactive for X days and set X to 60.

Add a condition

Click the + below the trigger and pick Condition (binary). Set the rule to Customer has points balance > 0. The node now has two branches — Yes and No.

Add a wait

On the Yes branch, click + and pick Wait. Set duration to 1 day.

Add an action

After the wait, click + and pick Send Email. Choose a template (or create a new one in Email Notifications first).

Add an exit

Click + at the end and pick Exit. Both the Yes and No branches need an exit — add one to the No branch too.

Activate

Click Activate at the top right. Yuko starts evaluating the trigger from this point forward.

Verify

Find a test customer

Pick a customer with a points balance and last-order date > 60 days ago.

Check Analytics

Open the workflow’s Analytics tab. After the trigger fires (typically within an hour), the customer should appear as an entry.

Confirm the email lands

A day later, check the test customer’s inbox. The email should arrive.
