What is the Yuko Loyalty Program

Your loyalty program is the centre of Yuko. It defines:
  • How customers earn — Ways to Earn (campaigns) like Place an Order, Sign Up, Birthday.
  • How customers redeem — Ways to Redeem (rewards) like Amount Discount, Free Product, Store Credit.
  • Who can participate — customer eligibility, exclusions, VIP tier behaviour.
  • What customers see — onsite widgets, emails and landing pages.
