What is the Yuko Loyalty Program

Your loyalty program is the centre of Yuko. It defines:
  • How customers earn — Ways to Earn like Place an order, Sign Up, Birthday or Subscribe to SMS.
  • How customers redeem — Ways to Redeem like Amount Discount, Free Product or Store Credit, online and at Shopify POS.
  • When to give extra — Booster Campaigns and One-time Campaigns.
  • The program rules — Loyalty Settings: point labels, which order statuses earn and revert points, and excluded customers.
  • What customers see — loyalty widgets and emails.

Where things are

The Loyalty section of the Yuko app has four tabs: Customers and VIP Tiers have their own items in the Yuko sidebar. Setup Overview appears once Place an order is active. It shows your Reward value rate (how much value customers get back for what they spend, usually 1–10%) and the cost of each point.

Turning the program on or off

Use the Loyalty Program Status toggle at the top of the Programs tab. Disabling the program turns off all loyalty widgets and stops all loyalty activity until you enable it again.
