Introduction
The Retainful connector flows Yuko’s customer and loyalty data into Retainful so you can use it in abandoned-cart and lifecycle email campaigns.When to use
- You’re already on Retainful for email.
- You want loyalty data segmenting your Retainful sends.
Prerequisites
You have a Retainful account and API key.
Setup

Open Retainful integration
Go to Apps → Yuko Loyalty → Integrations → Retainful.

Connect with API key
Paste your Retainful API key into API Key and click Connect Integration.

Pick events to sync
Select the events to send to Retainful and click Save Events. Each event also updates the contact’s
yuko_* loyalty properties as Retainful custom properties.4
Test (optional)
Click Send Test Events to send sample events and check them in Retainful.
Points expiring soon properties
Alongside the balance, tier and referral properties, Yuko sends four properties that help you build “use your points before they expire” campaigns:
The property names are the same as in the Klaviyo integration, which lists the full property set.
