Introduction

The Platforms tab shows the commerce platforms connected to your Yuko organisation — typically just your Shopify store, but if you operate multiple Shopify stores under one brand, this is where you manage the connections.

What’s configured here

  • The list of connected Shopify stores.
  • The primary store (used as the source of truth for shared loyalty data).
  • Connection status for each.

When to use

  • During initial setup, to confirm the Shopify connection is active.
  • When adding a second Shopify store under the same Yuko organisation.
  • When troubleshooting a sync issue.

How multi-store works

  • Each Shopify store has its own Yuko install.
  • A single Yuko organisation can group multiple stores.
  • Data sharing across stores depends on your plan — contact support for multi-store coordination.

Setup

Open Platforms

Go to Apps → Yuko Loyalty → Account → Platforms.

Verify the Shopify connection

The store should show as Connected. If not, reinstall the Yuko app.

Add another store (optional)

Multi-store setup is plan-gated. Contact Support to enable it.

Best practices

Don’t disconnect the platform unless you intend to uninstall — disconnection breaks all loyalty syncing.
