What is Yuko

Yuko is an all-in-one customer retention platform for Shopify. It bundles the tools modern brands stitch together — loyalty points, referrals, VIP tiers, paid memberships, product reviews, email notifications and workflow automation — into a single app, dashboard and codebase. This documentation focuses on the Shopify experience. WooCommerce-specific guides will be reorganised in a later release.

How Yuko fits with Shopify

Yuko is a public Shopify app installed from the Shopify App Store. It plugs into your store via:
  • Theme App Embed for storefront widgets (product page, cart, floating launcher, landing page).
  • Checkout UI Extension for points and redemption inside Shopify Checkout (Plus / eligible plans).
  • Customer Account Extension for the loyalty hub inside the new customer accounts.
  • Webhooks for orders, customers, carts and refunds.
  • Shopify Flow connector so Yuko events can trigger Shopify Flow workflows.
No theme code edits are needed. Everything is configured from inside the Yuko app and dropped into your theme via Shopify’s app blocks.

How to access Yuko

Once installed, open Yuko from inside your Shopify admin: Login to your Shopify admin → Apps → Yuko Loyalty From there, the left sidebar gives you Loyalty, Referral, Reviews, Workflows, Integrations, Billing and Account.
