What is the Referral Program

The Referral Program lets your existing customers refer friends. Both sides get rewarded — the referrer for sharing, and the friend for completing a qualifying action (typically their first order). It’s not a separate app or page; it sits alongside your loyalty program and shares the same customer base, points balance and storefront widgets.

Who it’s for

  • Brands with positive word-of-mouth that want to systematise it.
  • High-AOV or considered-purchase stores where personal recommendations carry weight.
  • Stores looking to lower customer acquisition cost via existing customers.
