Introduction
AISensy is an India-headquartered WhatsApp Business API platform popular with high-volume Shopify stores in India and Southeast Asia. Once connected, the WhatsApp Workflow node can send AISensy campaign messages from any workflow — points earned, reward redeemed, tier upgraded, streak about to break, and so on. You have an active AISensy account with WhatsApp Business API.

Configure the AISensy step in a workflow
When you add a WhatsApp node and pick AISensy, the node exposes the fields AISensy’s API expects:| Field | What it is | Example |

Example use case
Diamond tier welcome- Create an approved AISensy campaign called
loyalty_diamond_welcomewith three variables: customer name, points balance, exclusive perk. - In Yuko Workflows, build: Trigger: VIP Tier Entered → Filter: tier = Diamond → WhatsApp (AISensy).
- Set Campaign Name =
loyalty_diamond_welcome, Parameter Count =3, Parameters ={{first_name}},{{points_balance}},Free shipping on every order. - Activate. The next customer to hit Diamond gets the message within seconds.
Limitations
- Approved campaigns only. AISensy enforces template approval; an un-approved campaign name will fail at send time.
- No template authoring inside Yuko. Create and edit templates in the AISensy dashboard.
- No delivery status webhook. Yuko logs the node action as pending / completed / failed based on the AISensy API response, not on delivered / read events.
