Introduction

The Engati connector lets Yuko events trigger Engati conversational flows — useful for stores that already use Engati for customer support and want loyalty milestones to start conversations.

When to use

  • You already use Engati for chat / messaging.
  • You want loyalty events (tier change, big milestone) to start a bot conversation.
  • You want to combine Engati’s chat with Yuko’s loyalty data.

Prerequisites

You have an Engati account.
You have Engati API credentials.

Setup

Open Engati integration

Go to Apps → Yuko Loyalty → Integrations → Engati.

Connect with credentials

Paste your Engati API key.

Pick the flows to invoke

Configure which Engati flow runs on which Yuko event.

Save

Engati invocations start firing on the next matching event.

Use the Engati Workflow node

Once connected, the Engati node becomes available in Yuko Workflows — useful for triggering Engati from a custom workflow rather than only on stock events.

Best practices

Don’t replicate messaging across tools. If Engati is sending the message, disable Yuko’s email for the same event.
