Overview

From the Manage Questions panel, you can review, reply to, or delete questions — all from one screen.
Each entry includes:
  • Customer name and email
  • Question text and date
  • Related product
  • Current status (Pending, Approved, Hidden)
  • Replies and votes

    Managing Questions

    ActionDescription
    ApprovePublish the question on your storefront.
    RejectHides the question permanently.
    EditUpdate text or fix minor errors.
    Mark as SpamFilters out unwanted submissions.
    DeletePermanently removed from your database.

    Answering Questions

    You can reply directly from within Yuko. To reply:
    1. Open Manage Questions.
    2. Click the question you’d like to answer.
    3. Type your reply in the Answer Field.
    4. Click Publish Answer.
    Your response will appear publicly below the question on your product page.

    Email Notifications

    Get notified when a new question is submitted or when a reply is posted. Setup:
    • Go to Settings → Notifications
    • Toggle Q&A Admin Notifications to On
    • Add one or more recipient emails

    Moderation Settings

    Ensure quality and control by adjusting moderation preferences. Navigation:
    Yuko Dashboard → Settings → Q&A → Moderation
    Available Controls:
    • Auto-approve new questions (on/off)
    • Hold all new submissions for review
    • Filter profanity and spam
    • Limit one question per product per user
