Overview

Invite and manage your team members who collaborate on reviews, workflows, and email templates. Each member has a defined role that controls their level of access within your Yuko workspace.

Members List

You can view all active members along with their Name, Email, and Role.
Admins can also Reset Passwords directly from this section for any member listed.

Inviting Members

  1. Go to Settings → Account → Members.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter the new member’s Email Address and assign a Role (Admin / Editor / Viewer).
  4. Click Send Invite — they’ll receive an email invitation to join your Yuko organization.

User Roles

RolePermissions
AdminFull access — can manage settings, workflows, members, and organizations.
EditorCan create and edit workflows, emails, and widgets but cannot modify billing or member access.
ViewerRead-only access — can view analytics and reviews but cannot make edits.

Additional Option

Members with Admin privileges can also add a new organization directly from this screen.
