Overview

If you’re migrating from Judge.me, Yuko allows a quick and seamless import.
All product reviews — including ratings, text, and media — are carried over to your Yuko dashboard.

Steps to Import

  1. Go to Yuko Dashboard → Reviews → Import.
  2. Click **Import from **Judge.me.
  3. Upload your Judge.me** Export CSV file** (downloadable from your Judge.me account under Settings → Export Reviews).
  4. Review your import summary and confirm.
Yuko will match products automatically based on SKU or Product ID.

What Gets Imported

Reviewer Name & EmailPreserved from your export.
Product SKU / IDUsed to match reviews to products in Yuko.
Rating & ContentFull text and star rating values.
MediaPhotos and videos, if URLs are included in your CSV.
DatesOriginal submission dates are retained.

Important

  • Before importing, ensure your product SKUs match between Judge.me and Yuko to avoid mismatched assignments.
  • Reviews that can’t be matched automatically will appear in the Unassigned section for manual review.

After Import

Once your import is complete:
  • Imported reviews appear under Manage Reviews.
  • You can approve, edit, or reply to them as usual.
  • All imported reviews are automatically tagged with “Imported from Judge.me” for easy tracking.
