Overview
The Manage Reviews page displays all customer reviews received through your store, whether collected via email requests or on-site widgets. From here, you can view, filter, approve, or remove reviews — all in one place.Review Status
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Approved | Reviews that have been published and are visible on your storefront widgets. |
| Pending | Reviews awaiting moderation or manual approval before going live. |
| Trash | Reviews that have been removed but can still be restored if needed. |
| Spam | Reviews flagged as spam or inappropriate — hidden from public display. |
Review Filters
Use filters at the top of the page to quickly sort reviews based on their status or interaction type.| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| All | Displays all reviews regardless of their status. |
| Approved | Shows only published reviews. |
| Pending | Lists reviews waiting for moderation or action. |
| Trash | Displays reviews moved to Trash. |
| Spam | Displays flagged spam reviews. |
| With Reply | Shows reviews that have received a reply from your team. |
| No Reply | Shows reviews awaiting a response. |
Available Actions
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Approve | Publishes the review and marks it as visible on-site. |
| Pending | Moves the review back to moderation for further review. |
| Trash | Deletes the review from the active list but allows restoration. |
| Spam | Flags the review as spam and hides it from display. |
