Overview

 The Manage Reviews page displays all customer reviews received through your store, whether collected via email requests or on-site widgets. From here, you can view, filter, approve, or remove reviews — all in one place.

Review Status

StatusDescription
ApprovedReviews that have been published and are visible on your storefront widgets.
PendingReviews awaiting moderation or manual approval before going live.
TrashReviews that have been removed but can still be restored if needed.
SpamReviews flagged as spam or inappropriate — hidden from public display.

Review Filters

Use filters at the top of the page to quickly sort reviews based on their status or interaction type.
FilterDescription
AllDisplays all reviews regardless of their status.
ApprovedShows only published reviews.
PendingLists reviews waiting for moderation or action.
TrashDisplays reviews moved to Trash.
SpamDisplays flagged spam reviews.
With ReplyShows reviews that have received a reply from your team.
No ReplyShows reviews awaiting a response.

Available Actions

ActionDescription
ApprovePublishes the review and marks it as visible on-site.
PendingMoves the review back to moderation for further review.
TrashDeletes the review from the active list but allows restoration.
SpamFlags the review as spam and hides it from display.
