Purpose

Automatically thank customers when they submit a review and reward them with a discount or coupon.

How It Works

Trigger: Review Submitted
Condition: Review includes text, photo, or both
Action: Send “Reward for Writing Review” or “Photo Review Reward” email

Setup Steps

  1. Go to Workflows → Review Submitted & Reward Workflow.
  2. Select trigger: “When Review is Submitted.”
  3. Add a condition:
    • Has Photo → send photo reward email
    • Text-only → send regular reward email
  4. Choose your reward type (Fixed Amount, Percentage, or Free Shipping).
  5. Enter the coupon details or integration source (e.g., WPLoyalty).
Save and activate the workflow.

  • A customer submits a photo review
  • Workflow triggers immediately
  • Yuko sends a “Thanks for your photo!” email with a 10% off coupon
