Purpose

Remind customers who haven’t left a review to complete it.
This workflow gently nudges them with a second email.

How It Works

Trigger: X days after “Review Request Email” sent
Condition: Customer has not submitted a review
Action: Send “Review Reminder Email”

Setup Steps

  1. Go to Workflows → Review Reminder Workflow.
  2. Set the trigger delay (default: 5 days).
  3. Choose the Review Reminder Email template.
Save and activate your workflow.
