How Yuko billing works

Yuko bills through your Shopify subscription. When you choose a plan inside the Yuko app, Shopify shows you an approval screen for the recurring charge. Once approved, the charge appears on your Shopify invoice along with your other Shopify fees.
  • Plans are monthly by default.
  • You can switch plans at any time. Shopify prorates the charge.
  • Cancelling Yuko in the Shopify admin cancels the subscription instantly.

Starter

For new stores validating loyalty as a channel. Loyalty + a basic widget set.

Growth

For stores ready to add referrals, VIP tiers and email notifications.

Pro

For high-volume stores that need workflows, memberships and integrations.

Enterprise

Custom limits, dedicated support and custom integrations. Contact us.

Decision guidance

  • Pick the plan that covers the next feature you’ll launch, not the current one. Upgrades are a few clicks; downgrades are easier when you’ve already proven ROI.
  • If a single feature is the reason you’d upgrade (e.g., Workflows), validate it on a free trial first.
  • Enterprise is the right choice when you need contractual SLAs, custom data residency, or integrations not in the standard catalogue.

Managing your subscription

Open the Billing page

Login to your Shopify admin, open Apps → Yuko Loyalty → Billing.

Change plan

Click Change plan, pick the new tier, and confirm the new Shopify charge.

View invoices

Yuko charges appear on your Shopify admin → Settings → Billing invoices.

Cancel

Uninstall the Yuko app from your Shopify admin to cancel. Your data is retained for a recovery window in case you reinstall.

FAQs

Yuko ships with a free trial on most plans. Trial length and conditions are shown on the billing approval screen at install time.
Loyalty balances, customers, rewards and configuration are retained for a recovery window after uninstall. Reinstall during that window restores your store with no data loss.
Annual billing is available on Pro and Enterprise. Contact support to switch.
Shopify development stores can install Yuko free for testing. Charges only start when the store is on a paid Shopify plan.
