You can also open a support ticket from your **Shopify admin → Apps → Yuko Loyalty**.

## What to include in a support request

To speed up the back-and-forth, please share:

* Your Shopify store URL.
* The Yuko area you're working in (Loyalty, Referral, Memberships, Workflows, etc.).
* A short description of what you expected vs what you saw.
* A screenshot if relevant.
