# Account Settings

> Configure store-wide preferences — platform connections, email blacklist and core account details.

## What's in Account Settings

Account-level settings are store-wide preferences that don't fit inside the loyalty / referral / membership modules. They cover:

## Decision guidance

* Configure **General** during initial setup and revisit if your store currency or timezone changes.
* Configure **Platforms** when adding a second Shopify store or troubleshooting a sync issue.
* Configure **Email Blacklist** before launching your referral program — disposable-email domains are the most common referral fraud vector.
